The Hartnell College Technology Learning Support Council (TDC) is tri-chaired by Hartnell's Vice President of Information Technology, Dr. Chelsy Pham, and Dr. Carol Hobson, Distance Education Chair. The council consists of 15 members representing all campus constituencies - students, faculty, staff, and adminsitration.
